The approach

Goods are either shipped directly from manufacturers to Newcorp, or Newcorp manages the full coordination from origin. From Rotterdam, shipments are distributed worldwide. “We have one single point of contact,” says Luke. “Communication lines are short. When I send an email, I receive a quick response. They think along with us, even outside regular office hours.”

The decision to work with Newcorp was also influenced by the combination of storage capacity and service. For temperature-sensitive goods such as chocolate, stable warehouse conditions are essential. “Even when it is 30 degrees outside, the warehouse conditions remain stable. That is crucial for us.”
